How do I sign up to be a reseller of CastCoverz! products?
It's as easy as 1-2-3! Please complete our Wholesale Account Application form and Wholesale Account Credit Application (if you would like us to extend credit terms). Your account will be in pending status. But, feel free to start your shopping list! We will notify you via email when you have been approved (approximately 2 business days). At that point, you will be able to log-in, view pricing and place your order, immediately!
How long will it take before I am approved?
Wholesale Account applications will be approved within 2 business days. If you applied for a Wholesale Credit, it may take up to 2 weeks for approval. Once granted, you can order online and choose the Purchase Order option at checkout for payment.
How do I know what products, sizes, and fabrics to select?
We make it very easy for you. We have over 10 years experience selling covers and comfort products to the orthopedic patient. We know what sizes, fabrics and products sell well to the general population. As a result, we have created case goods, by product, that have best-selling quantities, sizes and fabrics.
May I select the fabrics?
You can be assured that the fabrics represented are only the best-sellers, so "stale-stock" risk is minimal. However, we encourage you to tell us about your customer demographics. For example, maybe your store is next to a pediatric hospital or in a retirement community. Or perhaps you're in a hot climate, so cool colors sell well. Though we cannot customize orders, without additional charges, we will do our best to assemble your order to represent your customers. A 15% upcharge will be added for custom selections.
What is your return policy?
We gladly take returns up to 30 days after receipt of order. Product must be received in sellable condition, in original product packaging, and will be refunded less original shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Exchanges can be made up to 45 days. Freight is the responsibility of the retailer for both returns and exchanges.
What are your terms?
First order via Credit card or via PayPal. Subsequent orders Net 30 on approved credit.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is not included in the product prices. However, shipping will be added during checkout. A flat shipping fee is charged and orders are ground shipped. If you need your order expedited, please call us.
May I order less than case goods?
No, I'm sorry. That option is not available. Our case goods reflect a variety of sizes and fabrics to maximize the offerings to your customers.
May I sell CastCoverz! products on my website?
You are allowed to sell on your website, but not third party resellers (AMAZON, EBAY, CRAIGSLIST, etc..). In addition, you must adhere to a MAP (detailed on application). Any violation of this will result in immediate suspension.
Do I have to sell MSRP or MAP?
We provide a MSRP based on our history of customers' shopping thresholds. We recommend you sell at that price, or higher, to get your margins. Don't forget to tell your customers they don't have to pay for S&H! MAP is required for a few products. See application for details.
Are the colors seen on the website exactly how the finished product will look?
While every effort is made to represent color accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric. In addition, subtle fabric changes may be needed to accommodate inventory shifts.
How do I sell covers?
Each product has (or will have) a downloadable, printable PDF sheet that help you sell CastCoverz! products to your customers.
