CastCoverz! Shipping Options

Get your CastCoverz! quickly! We process most domestic, in-stock orders same day, if received by 2:30pm PST (we're in California). Custom orders will take another day or two to process. To get your CastCoverz! order to you on your schedule, we have a U.S. shipping option that will fit with your needs and budget.

USPS (Priority Mail)

For just $3.00 - $4.00 more over First Class, 98% of packages using Priority Mail are delivered in 2 - 3 business days, guaranteed (Monday through Saturday). This is a customer favorite because of its speed, value and CastCoverz! money-back guarantee. BEST VALUE!!

USPS (First Class Mail)

98% of packages using First Class Mail are delivered in 3 - 21 business days, depending on weather, holidays, and location. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Real-time tracking is not available. This method is best for non-urgent or pre-surgery planning.

FedEx (FedEx 2-Day)

Need it faster than 2-3 days, but don't want to spend FedEx overnight prices?  Then FedEx 2-Day was designed for you! In-stock orders are shipped same day if received before 2:30 pm PST, Monday - Friday.  CastCoverz! occasionally works Saturdays so some orders received on Saturdays may ship same day. We encourage you to call first to confirm we are open and your item(s) are in stock.  Regardless, Saturday orders must be received before 12:00, noon, PST.

FedEx 2-Day orders are guaranteed delivery by 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday

All FedEx orders are guaranteed delivery on the 2nd BUSINESS day.  Some examples include:

  • If you order over the weekend, you order will ship out on Monday and be delivered on Wednesday.
  • If you order on Thursday after 2:30 pm PST or on Friday before 2:30 pm PST, your order will ship out on Friday and be delivered on Tuesday.
  • If you order on Thursday before 2:30 pm PST, your order will ship on Thursday and be delivered on Monday.

EXCEPTIONS
CastCoverz!: Orders received after 2:30 pm PST will ship out next business day.  Custom products require an extra day or two before shipping out.  If your order falls on or during a federal holiday, processing, shipping, and delivery schedules may be extended.  Please call our office to determine delivery timing at 1(800)CASTCOVER (1-800-227-8268).  One of our cheerful Happiness Gurus will gladly give you an expected date.

FedEx: Weather and/or equipment delays.  We all know we can count on FedEx to do an outstanding job over 96% of the time, but we cannot be responsible for some things out of our control such as weather and/or equipment failures. Please note: Orders received before 2:30 pm PST Friday will be delivered within the 2 business days (unless it is a federal holiday, then it will be the next business day after that). FedEx does not deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes.
